Puff Pastry Topped Fisherman's Pie

Fish Stock (Water, Onion, Carrots, Tomatoes, Lemon, Black peppercorn, Thyme, Garlic, Bay leaves, White wine reduction, Star anise, Tarragon), Fisherman's Pie (Element C) (Potato, Cream, Milk, Butter, Parsley, Dill), Fisherman's Pie (Element A) (Onion, Fennel, White wine, Garlic, Thyme, Salt), Fisherman's Pie (Element B) (Fish stock, Milk, Butter, Flour, Lemon zest).
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOKING INSTRTUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 190c. Place the defrosted pie onto an oven proof tray and cook for 30 - 40 minutes until bubbling and pastry is golden. Rest for 10 minutes and serve. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with a fresh garden salad
