Apple & Cinnamon Tea Cake
Light as a feather Apple Cake, brimming with Granny Smith apples and topped with a crisp cinnamon layer for the perfect crunch. Keep in the freezer, heat and serve whenever a cup of tea calls. This cake is a 20cm square.

apples (Granny smith apples, Caster sugar, Dried vanilla pod), Milk, Unsalted butter, Caster sugar, Self-raising flour, Eggs, Vanilla paste, Cinnamon.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOK: oven Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 160c for 10min. Best served warm. Dust with icing sugar
