Lamb stock, Lamb shanks, Button mushroom, Carrots, Shortcrust pastry, Carème puff pastry, Celery, Onion, Butter, Rosemary, Red wine, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOK: Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. To bake place on a tray in 180ºc oven for 40 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
