Chicken Marbella with Wild Rice Salad & Yoghurt Dressing
Chicken Marbella is probably the most famous dish to come out of the beloved Silver Palate Cookbook by Julie Rosso and the late Sheila Lukins. The cookbook was published in 1982 and the dish is a beloved classic. Paired with a delicious wild rice, sour cherry and toasted nut salad and served with a zesty yoghurt dressing.
