Banana Loaf
A freshly baked banana and oatĀ loaf cake in a box. Nut free, nasty free, made by our pastry chef with fresh bananas, rolled oats and spices. Perfect toasted for breakfast with some fresh honey and ricotta or just sliced and eaten with a cuppa.

Ingredients
Method 1 - banana loaf (Sugar, Vegetable oil, Eggs, Lemon juice), method 3 - banana loaf (Plain flour, Bicarb soda, Baking powder), Method 2 - Banana Loaf (Banana, Vanilla, Salt).
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Best served at room temperature STORAGE: frozen
