Bolognese Arancini
Hand-made arancini balls made with a free range beef Bolognese sauce, arborio rice, parmesan cheese and herbs. We coat the balls in panko breadcrumbs, fry and snap freeze so they are ready to bake and serve within 15 min. Made bigger especially for kids, each ball is 100g, has a cheesy melting Centre and bakes in 15min
Ingredients
Panko, Water, Eggs, Bolognese Sauce (Tomato pulp, Beef mince, Carrots, Red wine, Onion, Celery, Extra virgin olive oil, Tomato paste, Bouget garni, Murry salt, Garlic, Black pepper), Carnaroli rice, Flour, Tomato paste, Mozzarella, Tasty cheese, White wine, Brown onion, Olive oil, Sugar, Garlic, Murry salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Place the arancini onto an oven tray straight from frozen. Bake at 175c fan forced for 20 – 25 minutes.
