Sesame crusted katsu pork cutlets [Pork cutlets, Panko crumbs (Wheat), Plain flour (Wheat), Water, Eggs, Table salt, Pepper], coleslaw [Red cabbage, White cabbage, Daikon, Fennel, Radish, Coriander, Shallots], dressing- sesame katsu pork cutlets [Mayonnaise (Egg), Soy, Rice wine vinegar, Sesame oil, Togarashi (Sesame)]

Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep in fridge
BEST BEFORE: 4 days | from delivery |
INSTRUCTIONS: Bring pork to room temperature. Remove lid and tonkatsu sauce and preheat your oven to 180c and cook for 15 minutes in the tray provided. Rest for 5 minutes before serving with radish coleslaw and tonkatsu sauce.
