This nut loaf is inspired by Sarah Brown's classic nut loaf published more than 20 years ago, who many have said to be the best nut loaf they ever had. It is wholesome and satisfying plant-based loaf packed with cashews, earthy mushroom and parsnip and fresh herbs. Moist and flavourful, it’s naturally rich and textured, making it a perfect centrepiece for Christmas. Can be made gluten-free using gluten free bread (pantry item). Comes with ready-to-heat house-made pan gravy. Pantry items needed: gluten free / wholemeal bread (for fresh breadcrumbs), vegetable oil (or water), salt, freshly ground black pepper Hands on: 25-30 mins, Ready in: 1 hour 20 mins Cooking equipment: medium pot, loaf tin, food processor (preferred) Use within 5 days of receiving your meal kit.
