Water, Coconut milk, Jasmine rice cooked (Water, Jasmine rice), Potatoes, Stewing beef-style seitan (Water, Gluten flour, Tofu hi-protein firm, Vegetable oil, Shiro miso, Worcestershire sauce, Porcini mushroom powder, Onion powder, Salt iodised, Garlic powder, Ground white pepper), Carrot, Green beans, Brown onion, Massaman curry paste, Roasted peanuts, Tamari, Tamarind seasoning (Vegan fish sauce, Tamarind concentrate), Massaman spice mix (Cinnamon bark, Star anise, Bay leaf), Salt iodised.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove plastic cover, meal can be heated in original container Oven: Preheat oven to 180C. Cover with foil and cook for 20-25 mins until hot. Microwave: Heat on high for 3 mins.
