How do I order?
Hunter’s School Lunches can be ordered via the Cookaborough website. Please register via the ‘sign up’ link located in the top right hand corner.
Once registered, you will receive a weekly email with new menu items, take home meal menu’s and more.

When can I order a school lunch?
Hunter’s School Lunches are available to order every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Cut off for placing school lunches is 10pm the night before.

Where are the school lunches prepared?
The school lunch orders are freshly prepared in our Hunter & Co Deli kitchen, by our team of qualified chefs.

Is there a minimum order?
No.
Can I order items for recess?
Unfortunately we do not deliver for recess.
When will hot menu items be delivered?
Hot items will be delivered just before lunch. Hot items are packed in a way to ensure they are served warm for the start of the lunch break.
How do I order 2 or more school lunch orders for my children?
You need to process two seperate orders, including the name of you child for each order.
My child is allergic to some food items. How do I advise you with my order?
For any allergies please make sure you note these in the comments section. The chefs will then ensure these items are excluded from your child’s lunch order.
Please note that while we take extreme care with any allergens, due to the nature of our open kitchen we are unable to guarantee that menu items will be 100% free of all traces of nuts, dairy, gluten or other products.

I have placed an order but my child is unwell and will not be at school. How do I cancel and receive a refund?

Do you supply eating utensils for items that require them i.e yoghurt?
For items that require a spoon or a fork, we will supply a small biodegradable bamboo spoon or fork.
What sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging do you use?
A large portion of our menu items are packed into recyclable brown paper bags.
For other containers i.e. poke bowls, we use BioPak sugarcane containers.
These are plastic-free and made from reclaimed and rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp. Certified home compostable to Australian standards.

How do I order take home meals and when are they available?
Our Hunter & Co take home meal menu is updated weekly.
When you register through Cookaborough, you will receive a weekly email with the menu. The menu features all our family favourites with a change of seasonal specials. Take home meals are available every Thursday and Friday and can be collected from 3.30pm. Please pre order by 10pm Tuesday.

I have ordered take home meals for collection. Where do I collect these and when?
Your take home meal order will be packed and ready for collection from the roll up window of the MPC.
Orders will be available for collection from 3.30pm – 3.45pm, on Thursday’s and Friday’s.

We can modify some menu items to accommodate celiac and other dietary requirements, however do require 4 working days’ notice and minimum order amounts may apply.
