Chocolate & Cranberry Hot Cross Bun
The Chocolate & Cranberry HXB uses a single source chocolate from the Yarra valley, and has a caramel glazed blitzed orange and a macerated dried fruit mix from just before Chrissy to allow 3-months of flavour to develop with a spiced sugar blend. Enjoy them toasted with plenty of butter, or drizzle them with melted chocolate for even more indulgence.
