Frequently asked questions
We can’t facilitate date, time or location changes on orders — all orders are final, as our bakers prepare your order just for you and deliver it to your pickup location.
However, there’s no order fee, so if you want to add something, simply place another order with the same pick up time and date.
If you miss your pick up time but still make it in before we close for the day, your order will be waiting.
Unfortunately we cannot keep stock overnight, as our products are best fresh.
That’s fine! Simply forward the confirmation slip and give them your details.
We will do our best to answer all calls, so try again in a little while! We appreciate your patience.
Otherwise, email hello@thehamptonsbakery.com.au and someone will get back to you within 72 hours (the same amount of time it takes to prove our signature sourdough).
