Heal Me Turmeric Chicken

After a very indulgent season it's now time to feel good again and get back on track I originally made this as a soup but I thought it is hearty enough to serve with rice or extra green vegetables, Free range chicken simmered with turmeric, pepper in homemade chicken stock with cauliflower and carrot serve with rice or broccoli and sweet potato.

Chicken Thigh, Cauliflower, Chicken stock, Onion brown, Carrot, Garlic, Ginger fresh, Pink lake salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Turmeric dried, Black pepper, Dried mint

Preparation and storage notes

Place in a medium pot bring to a simmer, serve with your favorite rice/quinoa or vegetable side.
