Organic chicken, rice pilaf w/ Braised Mung bean and vegetables
Mung beans are easy to digest and high in protein and mineral magnesium, which is beneficial for digestive health, this Ayurvedic inspired recipe is easy on tummies. I have served it with rice pilaf cooked in chicken stock and served it with steamed chicken.
Ingredients
Vegetable stock, Chicken stock, Mung beans, Carrot, Pumpkin jap, Zucchini, Coconut milk, Basmati rice, Organic Chicken breast, Onion brown, Garlic, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Sea salt, Turmeric dried, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost, Place in a pre-heat 180 oven for 20 minutes or Microwave 5-8 minutes until hot.
