Hands down my favorite winter soup. Lush and silky but light and with a gentle nod from a passing orange zest, make everyday soup day.

Ugly Fritters, pakora are a fried Indian snack food, fragrant and flavoursome - get some ugly into your life. (which incidentally is how I proposed to my wife!) The healthy and delicious benefits of cauliflower and chickpea far outweighs the fact that these are devilishly fried and that you'll probably end up eating more than your recommended daily intake of fritter..
From $16.00
Crispy, tender, and seriously addictive. These bite-sized chicken morsels are marinated in rich buttermilk for extra juiciness, then tumbled in our family’s secret herb and spice blend—a subtle nod to the Colonel, but with Glen’s own twist. Coated for crunch and fried till golden, they’re gluten-free and full of flavour. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or sneaking before dinner even starts.
From $8.00
They're in season and I'm offering to peel them for you. And roast them with a little balsamic, toss them through some green beans and take them to your house. You're welcome.

Too many Brussels sprouts make you fart and if there's anything I've learned from my kids - it's that farts are hilarious. So order two and amuse your neighbours.

It's hard to beet the combination of Beetroot and goat's cheese (did you see what I did there?) so why try? Raddichio to bring the bitter, pomegranate the tang and dill, and tarragon to show I still know when to use herbs. Have this alongside some roast potatoes or just hide in a corner and bliss out.
From $9.00
You should probably do these yourselves. Get some tin foil and wrap your sweet potatoes and then bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Unwrap and crank up the heat to dry the skin. BUT if you buy these off me I'll supply homemade buttermilk & herb ranch.. which is pretty great - unless you happen to personally know Paul Newman.

Its a classic tale of humble mash meets butter but.... plot twist!! This butter has lead a life of fear and resentment burnt by past lovers and friends.
Medium $9.002 Serves
I could tell you how I make these potatoes but you'd probably say... "Nah - can't be that complicated." Garlicky, paprika-y and smokey.

I took George's grain salad and got rid of all the awful gluten - it turns out it's a better salad. Textural lentils and grains, with the crunch of pepitas and almonds, and the sweet/sour pop of currants and apricots, served with a spiced yoghurt. You could totally eat the Medium as a light meal or share it with a friend. Dress liberally with your favourite citrus dressing. **served with pomegranate seeds when in season Small - lunch size or individual side Medium and large - to share, or just to have a ready to go delicious, healthy, fulfilling snack or meal all week long!

In NZ, the sweet potatoes are better. I'll prove it.

Tender marinated vegies cooked with spices, onion and tender Basmati rice. Loads of herbs and yoghurt throughout add a peekawncee? piquancy? peekandsee?? ... makes it smell yum. Easy to reheat in microwave or on the stove top but best results are achieved by reheating in the oven. Served in an aluminum tray suitable to the task!

Sophie's review: "OMG Babe, how do you make healthy things taste so good? I don't get it." This "salad" features all my favourite things (wife and kids excluded), fresh herbs, seeds and nuts, dried fruit, and ricotta. The pumpkin is slowly roasted to perfection and the salad strewn casually across for that "just stepped out of the cafe" look.
From $18.00
"No need risk it when it comes to brown sugar brisket!" says everyone ever.. Slow-cooked with thyme, onions, garlic and red wine mash up some spuds, or serve with polenta.

Like traditional Beef Burgundy but with more "inon". Tender beef in red wine sauce with onions and mushrooms. So good no-one has improved it for a century.

Peruvian Chicken – mildy spicy chicken with a smooth, creamy sauce flavoured with green pepper, chilli, Parmesan and walnuts. Served with a boiled egg and olives because in Peru styling food like it's 1973 IS modern.
