Like traditional Beef Burgundy but with more "inon". Tender beef in red wine sauce with onions and mushrooms. So good no-one has improved it for a century.

Beef - Chuck, Beef stock, Red wine, Onion, Mushrooms, Tomato passata, Bacon, Thyme, Tapioca flour, Garlic

Preparation and storage notes

Heating: Microwave 4-5 minutes. Serve with a creamy and buttery mashed potato, or pasta, and mandatory glass of wine (it's a french thing).
