Smokey German Pulled Pork w Sauerkraut, Apple & Mustard

My trick to the slow-cooked pulled pork is to cook it with smokey bacon bones, sweet apple, sauerkraut, and tangy mustard. 500g of this serves 2 and is easy to reheat and can be served with pasta, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, really any kind of potato because the Germans love potatoes.
