What if I have a specific dietary requirement?
We may be able to accommodate a dietary requirement depending upon your needs and how busy we are. Please contact us directly at freedom@fre-as-a-bird.com BEFORE placing your order.
What areas do you service?
We are currently servicing the Sunshine Coast. We are always looking for ways to expand where we are so please let us know if you don't see your post code and we'll be sure to keep in touch!
Do you have a pick up option?
Not at this stage although we hope to have this set up in the near future.
Are your meals frozen?
Yes, we do this for a number of reasons. It's kinder on the environment because it helps us to reduce food waste, it locks in the freshness of the food we make, and it means you can keep it for longer and choose a convenient time when you want to eat it! Occasionally we may have fresh items on our menu but we'll be sure to make it clear when it is.
When do you deliver?
We deliver across the Sunshine Coast on a Wednesday evening from 4pm-7pm.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Orders over $200 will not be charged a delivery fee. Orders under $200 will be charged a delivery fee depending upon your location, starting at $7.99.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, the minimum order value to be eligible for delivery is $80.
