Lemongrass Lamb [Chicken stock, Lamb, Coconut cream, Brown onion, Oil, Lemongrass, Sugar, Fish sauce, Plain flour (Wheat), Crushed garlic, Pink salt, Lime leaf, Vietnamese curry powder, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander, Black pepper, Pepper, Ground coriander], Jasmine rice, Purple sweet potato, Potatoes, Sweet potato, Chilli

Preparation and storage notes

Storage:
Keep refrigerated (1-4C)
Once open, consume within 3 days

Microwave:
Remove cardboard sleeve. Heat meal on high in microwave for 3 min or until heated through. (Lidding film will balloon, this is normal). Let meal stand for 1 min, allowing balloon to subside. Carefully remove lidding film, allowing any hot steam to safely escape.

Stovetop:
Pour into saucepan and heat gently, stirring frequently until heated through
