Chicken marylands with adjika marinade

Adjika is a blend of herbs, spices, capsicum and tomato and comes from Georgia. I've used it as a marinade on chicken marylands as I love the size and roasting it on the bone gives a more delicious flavour.

Chicken Maryland, Adjika [Tomato, Red Capscium, Red Onion, Olive Oil, Red Chilli, Maple Syrup, Apple cider vinegar, Coriander, Garlic, Salt], Lemon, Olive Oil, Salt

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave or preheated oven (covered) until hot.
