This is my favourite homemade granola - oats tossed with butter and raw honey and vanilla toasted until golden and mixed with freshly roasted almonds, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds, cranberries and coconut. Mix with berries and yoghurt for a delicious breakfast (or snack!).
