A great main or a side with roasted cauliflower topped with yoghurt (can be vegan) and a herby salad! I just love this dish. The roasted cauliflower is tossed with spices and then roasted til almost caramelised. The combination of sweet cauliflower (yes the roasting seems to sweeten it!), spices and then yoghurt and herbs is simply delicious!
