Mushrooms are often known as the Vegetarians Meat and this Mushroom Ragu is served on a bed of creamy polenta. We use a mix of mushrooms, combine them with vegetables and aromatics, and braise them in wine and stock. Served on a bed of "creamy" polenta. Please let us know if you require this dish to be vegan.
