Beef Birria (Mexican Beef Birria)

Birria is a Mexican meat stew which works well as a stew or folded into tacos. I also like it simply with some shredded lettuce, sour cream and other sides such as avocado, cucumber and tomato. It is a delicious and full of flavour dish.

Beef chuck steak, Beef Stock, Tomato, Onion, Apple cider vinegar, Olive Oil infused with Garlic, Chipotle Chilli, Olive Oil, Garlic, Dried Red Chilli, Salt, Ginger, Cumin, Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Oregano, Bay Leaves

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 4-5 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave or preheated oven (covered) until hot. Serve as a stew or with sides such as lettuce, cucumber, sour cream or with tacos/flatbread.
