Rotolo is similar to canneloni in that it is fresh pasta rolled around a mixture but smaller pieces and standing up vertical. I love it as the tops of the pasta and cheese are crunchy and delicious!

Ingredients

Napoli Sauce (garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, tomato, basil, balsamic), Fresh ricotta, Mozzarella Cheese, Pasta, Feta, Spinach, Eggs, Parmesan Cheese, Olive Oil, Basil, Lemon, Garlic, Nutmeg.

Preparation and storage notes

Reheat in preheated oven until heated through. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen
