Feta and Caramelized Onion Tarts

These little tarts (about the size of a muffin) are a perfect lunch or lunchbox item and are delicious hot or cold. Also a great starter or picnic snack. Crispy pastry filled with a delicious mix of caramelised onion and topped with a feta and egg . Great to keep in freezer.

Ingredients
Onion, Tart cases (flour, butter, salt, water), Feta, Cream Cheese, Eggs, Brown Sugar, Raw Local Honey, Balsamic Vinegar, Parsley, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven or serve cold/room temp. Can be frozen.
