There's something about salads where there is roasted cauliflower combined with chickpeas and haloumi. One of our favourites!

Ingredients
Cauliflower, Chickpeas, Haloumi, Red Onion, Dried Cranberries, Mixed Salad Leaves, Pinenuts, Slivered Almonds, Lemon Maple Dressing (lemon juice, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil), Mint, Dill.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Toss with dressing prior to serving.
