Lamb shoulder marinated and slow roasted with yoghurt, lemon and turmeric
This is one of my favourite meals - the lamb is marinated overnight in yoghurt, lemon, turmeric and maple syrup and spices and then slowly cooked for several hours until it falls off the bone. Simply delicious.

Lamb, Yoghurt, Lemon zest and juice, Maple Syrup, Ginger, Cumin, Garlic, Turmeric, Salt, Coriander, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Please keep in covered container in refrigerator & use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave or oven..
