Roasted balsamic vegetable salad with dukkah, whipped feta and honey

We toss the vegetables in some balsamic and roast then serve with greens, housemade dukkah and some whipped feta with honey.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 2-3 days. Toss with dressing prior to serving
