Herbed Vegetable Terrine

I love a roasted vegetable terrine. Not only does it looks pretty, it is a delicious cold starter or part of a grazing or mezze board or a picnic. We include some sourdough toasts to serve. Serve cold or room temperature. This is a perfect dish to serve your vegetarian diners. Please note we offer it by the slice (about 3 cm thick) or the complete terrine.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and serve cold or room temperature. Pour over dressing prior to serving. Be careful when cutting as terrine is fragile
