Preparation and storage notes

1. Pierce film several times.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, or until hot.
3. Carefully remove film - CAUTION contents will be hot.

Ensure meal is steaming hot in the centre before serving. Once heated, concume immediately. Microwave times may vary.
