Old Fashioned Beef Stew

A rich, hearty beef stew slowly cooked so the meat is lovely and tender. Cooked with broth and added veggies this old fashioned favourite is also full of goodness. Serve with cauliflower mash, polenta or mashed potatoes. A dollop of sauerkraut is also delicious!

Ingredients

Casserole beef, Beef stock, Potato, Sweet potato, Tomatoes, crushed, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Capsicum, Tomato paste, Extra virgin olive oil, Parsley, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Worcestershire sauce (GF), Caraway seeds, Arrowroot flour, Thyme, Bay leaves, Rosemary

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven at 150C. Remove outer packaging and lid and place in the centre of the oven. Warm for 20 minutes.
Serve over polenta, mash and steamed greens.
