Slowly cooked beef ragu in herbs and spices. Warm and comforting! Serve traditionally over pasta of your choice, with polenta or zucchini noodles. *Please note as this is just the sauce ready for you to stir through pasta of your choice or over parmesan polenta. Leftovers freeze well for 3 months.

Ingredients

Casserole beef, Tomatoes, crushed, Beef stock, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic, Sea salt, Allspice, Thyme, Cinnamon, Bay leaves

Preparation and storage notes

Transfer to a heat proof dish. Warm in the oven at 150C for 20 minutes or until heated through. Alternatively, reheat in the microwave. Serve with pasta of your choice, top with grated parmesan, cracked pepper & parsley.
