Chicken & Haloumi Meatballs

Chicken and haloumi are combined with egg, almond meal, red onion, lemon zest & parsley to create these yummy morsels. I roast tomatoes with sea salt & olive oil then blitz to a passata to pour over the meatballs. These are great for kids dinner, serve with pasta and coat with the sauce. Also perfect as a lunch with salad. They freeze well too.

Tomato passata, Free Range Chicken Mince, Haloumi (Milk), Red onion, Almond meal, Lemon, Parsley, Egg, Extra virgin olive oil, Brown rice flour, Sea salt, Black pepper

CONTAINS: Egg, Milk, Almond.

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 150C. Remove lid and place in the centre of the oven. Reheat for 20 mins.
Serve with pasta or parmesan polenta, fresh parsley or a green salad
