Beef Bourguignon

A classic beef stew made with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, bacon and red wine. Serve with parmesan polenta or creamy mash and steamed greens.

Ingredients

Casserole beef, Beef stock, Potato, Mushrooms, Red wine, Bacon, Tomato paste, Onion, Carrot, Arrowroot flour, Garlic, Extra virgin olive oil, Thyme, Sea salt, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 150C. Remove lid. Place try in the centre of the oven and warm for 20 mins. Serve with parmesan polenta or mashed potato and steamed greens.
