Chicken thighs, Chickpeas, Pumpkin, Chicken stock, Dates, Apricot, Coriander root, Red chilli, Cumin seeds, Fennel, Ginger, Turmeric, Smoked Paprika, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Salt, Black pepper, Oil, Caramelised onion, Saffron

Preparation and storage notes

Store refrigerated under 5 degrees. Consume within 3 days of opening. To heat, place sealed bag into a simmering pot of water fully immersed for approx 10 minutes. Remove and open bag to tip chicken tagine into a dish to serve. Or put tagine into an ovenproof dish and cover, place in oven at 160 for approx 10-15 minutes or until piping hot.
