Slow cooked Lamb Shanks with Rosemary & Garlic

Everybody loves a good lamb shank! And ours are the best. Red wine, onion, garlic and rosemary. All the flavours of success, slow cooked with stock until they're meltingly soft. The sauce is reduced until it coats the shanks perfectly. Just add some simple green vegetables and our super silky mashed potato .Oh ... and don't forget a glass of red wine!

Preparation and storage notes

Place the unopened bag into a pot of simmering water. Simmer the lamb gently for 45 minutes.
