Let us take the pressure off and allow you to kick back and relax this Easter! We have our Iconic Curried Scallop Pies, along side our Snapper, Leek and White Wine Pies, available for Good Friday if fish is your thing! We are also offering our Chicken, Leek and white wine pies as a fish free alternative. Other goodies include, Smoked salmon and chive tart, Duck Liver Parfait, Chicken terrine and a variety of salads. Limits may apply so be quick to get your order in!
Starters
As the weather is starting to warm up we are looking for lighter meal options for you. This Blackened chicken breast is the perfect starter, brunch or light meal option when added to a light salad. We marinate the chicken overnight with a lemongrass and miso paste and then bake it in the oven until the chicken is cooked and the crust has blackened. This is best eaten cold and then finely sliced with fresh oak lettuce, and your favourite salad ingredients.
Slices of Chicken terrine are a great accompaniment to your antipasto board or grazing table. The chicken loaf has been baked with apricots and studded with pistachios. It is delicious served with cornichons and sour cream. Why not check out our deli cabinet next time you are in store! Each portion will be weighed at approximately 100gm
Parfait (unlike its frozen dessert cousin), is similar to pate, except it is smoother and slightly sweeter due to the addition of muscat. Fresh bread is the perfect partner for our duck liver parfait and pickled cherries if you must.

Pies & Lasagne
Flakes of soft snapper fillet, buttery leek and cheesy bechamel sauce make up the filling for our famous snapper pies. They are perfect to have in the freezer for a rainy day and can be eaten for brunch or dinner. Just add your own salad or vegetables to serve along side. Small is a single serve, the large is a generous serving for 4 people.
Juicy and plump scallop meat, lightly roasted and bound in a mild curry bechamel sauce. These pies are the ultimate indulgence. Why not stock your freezer. All thats left to do is crank up the oven, sit back and relax.

Frozen Meal Options
The hero returns! Chicken, Leek and White Wine pie. Perhaps one of the all time E&O favourites, it's all killer, no filler in the taste department with this bad boy. We're not stuffing this with a bunch of unnecessary vegetables. You get chicken, leek and cheesy goodness and all the things that make it work and nothing that doesn't. You could serve this with vegetables. You probably won't. It's all about the pie here folks! Family size (large) pie serves four hungry adults.

Salads, Sides & Vegetables
Loads of seasonal vegetables are lightly roasted and jumbled together for you to enjoy! This can be eaten as a dish on its own or served as an accompaniment to your favourite meat or chicken dish. Simply warm it in the oven and scatter it with baby spinach leaves and drizzle it with our piquant salsa verde (hand chopped herbs, pickled cucumber and capers, olive oil, mustard and red wine vinegar). A full punch of flavour !!
We pack all our salads separately so that freshness and integrity of the salad isn't compromised. The dressing is always served on the side to allow you to dress it on the day you will eat it. We roast the beetroot to allow the natural sweetness to come through and then we pair it with lightly pickled granny smith apple for some acidity, walnuts for crunch and spinach leaves and feta to finish.
A great salad to eat on its on or as part of a meal. Pickled raisins add sweet tartness to balance this salad perfectly
Our Creamy Polenta is a great addition to several of our main dishes, but with loads of flavour, it's a star in its own right. Serves two as a main course accompaniment. You can reheat in the bag or cut it into chips and bake it in the oven!
The tastiest, smoothest potato 'mash' either side of the Border. Great with just about anything, but especially good with our Pork and Chicken meatballs. Serves two as a main course accompaniment.

Desserts
Short pastry and tangy rhubarb and apple filling makes this winter dessert great for the whole family. This weeks Gundowring Icecream flavour will be Rhubarb. What more do you need?? A glass of Dal zotto Pucino Prosecco perhaps....
Lemon curd and whipped mascarpone, encased in a meringue roll, served with whipped cream. Absolute heaven!!
