Snapper, Leek & White Wine Pies

Flakes of soft snapper fillet, buttery leek and cheesy bechamel sauce make up the filling for our famous snapper pies. They are perfect to have in the freezer for a rainy day and can be eaten for brunch or dinner. Just add your own salad or vegetables to serve along side. Small is a single serve, the large is a generous serving for 4 people.

Preparation and storage notes

Bake pie at 190 C fan forced , in oven until golden brown on the bottom and top.
