Vegan Thai Green Curry with Basmati Rice
This is a vegan take on a popular Thai dish that consists of vegetables cooked in a green curry paste, coconut cream and an aromatic blend of herbs and spices served with Basmati Rice.

Cauliflower, Coconut Cream, Basmati rice, Zucchini, Broccoli, Carrots, Green Beans, Bamboo Shoots, Galangal, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Coriander Seeds, Himalayan Salt, Tapioca Flour, Ground Black pepper, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
