This is a popular Thai dish that consists of chicken cooked in a green curry paste, coconut cream and an aromatic blend of herbs and spices served with Basmati Rice.

Chicken breast, Basmati rice, Coconut Cream, Bamboo Shoots, Thai green curry paste, Maple Syrup, Himalayan Salt, Tapioca Flour, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
