FROZEN: Filipino Style Corned Beef with Steamed Rice
There is one dish that l loved eating when growing up. Do you remember the can corned beef? Yep that was our staple food with rice not only was it cheap but it tasted good as well and very easy to make. Well after finding out what the can corned beef was made of l stopped eating it. Until now l have come up with a healthier version of our "Bulla Beef". It's different but its so good.
Ingredients
White potato, Corned beef, Rice, Onion, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Coconut Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Garlic, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Bay Leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
