This is a popular Thai dish that consists of fish cooked in a our own yellow curry paste, coconut cream and an aromatic blend of herbs and spices served with Basmati Rice. Mild to moderate spice.

Ingredients
White fish, Basmati rice, Coconut Cream, Bamboo Shoots, Fish Sauce (GF), Maple Syrup, Galangal, Ground Coriander, Himalayan Salt, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Fenugreek, Cardamon pod, Kaffir Lime Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
