Perfect for our weather over the last couple of days. This classic beef stew is loaded with vegetables, a dash of organic red wine, oregano and grass fed beef. It comes with mashed potato. This stew will hit the right stop.

Ingredients
White potato, Beef Oyster Blade, Tapioca Flour, Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Oregano (dried), Thyme, organic red wine, Mixed Herbs (dried), Unsalted butter.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
