Gluten Free Pasta, Tomato Paste, Coconut Cream, Vegan Butter, Spinach, Mushroom, Onion, Nutritional Yeast, Fresh Garlic, Oregano (dried), Himalayan Salt, Whole Black Peppercorns.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
