Organic diced tomato, Beef Bolar, Basmati rice, Tomato Paste, Ginger, Coconut Sugar, Vinegar, Fresh Garlic, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cardamom powder, Cinnamon Powder, Turmeric, Ground Black pepper, Fenugreek, Ground Cloves, Chilli Powder.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating.
