Beef Bolar, Organic diced tomato, Basmati rice, Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Fresh Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cardamom powder, Turmeric, Ground Black pepper, Himalayan Salt, Chilli Powder, Fenugreek, Cloves.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating.
