Beef Bolar, Cauliflower, Organic diced tomato, Tomato Paste, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Ginger, Vinegar, Fresh Garlic, Fenugreek, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Chilli Powder, Cardamom powder, Cloves.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating.
