Ingredients
Beef Bolar, Organic diced tomato, Basmati rice, Tomato Paste, Coconut Sugar, Ginger, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Cardamom powder, Cloves, Cinnamon Powder, Chilli Powder, Fenugreek.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating.
