Vegan: Lentil Stew with Vegetables
Perfect for this weather. Lentils cooked with garlic, onion, thyme in a vegetable stock that we make with soaked mushroom and loaded with vegetables. Very Lean and low in calorie.
Ingredients
Lentils, White potato, Celery, Zucchini, Spinach, Onion, Green Beans, Broccoli Stem, Parsley, Carrots, Fresh Garlic, Tapioca Flour, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Shitake Mushrooms, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
